Returns Policy
You may return any unused item without customization (custom order) design and any item found to have a factory defect within 30 days from date of purchase. You may return any item with customization within 14 days of purchase if found to have any factory defects.
All refunds will be process after we receive the item to the original form of payment.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We ship all items using your USPS or UPS Ground services. All items with customization will be shipped out after personalization has been completed; which is approximately 3-5 business days after date of purchase.
